Snapshots from The Thinking Body Workshop!

I am excited to share with you a few captured moments from the workshop I taught at the beginning of October called "the thinking body"!

The students/participants came prepared to listen and gather more information about their body-brain connectivity..

They were challenged at some points physically to

explore one more piece of their individual movement "puzzle"..

..and they were asked to engage themselves cognitively while their senses were receiving feedback from the explorative touch!
